The Sing-Off SA Contestants Revealed

Ten acapella groups from around the country have been revealed by The Sing-Off SA, the South African spin-off of the popular NBC reality TV show. They go note-for-note every Sunday night at 18:00 on SABC1 for the cash prize of R250 000, and a recording contract with Sony. The contestants bring a variety of sounds influenced mostly by the cities they come from. The groups are: Solid and Vocal Vortex, both from Cape Town; Legato from Port Elizabeth; The Lyrics from Pinetown; The Legacy from Durban; The Next Level from the township of Umlazi; as well as Johannesburg groups The Recreators, Amagagu, Question Mark and Soul Connection.
